How did your passion for traveling begin?

I wish to mention before I had been born as I had been envisioned in Jordan! I was blessed to have intrepid parents so to them a household vacation involved going into the Gambia rather than somewhere like Spain. They weren’t even put from the simple fact that a coup was !

How many days/weeks are you currently travel in any given year? Which are the sorts?

I did detect the love for backpacking and traveling on my own until I was 20 when I moved off to Thailand. It was on this trip that I realised I needed to travel and experience other people’s cultures.

An Adventurous World, your travel blog, has been created in 2014 after years of travel. It has won awards and has been featured in publications around the globe. To what do you attribute its success?

Usually I’m on the street for around 6 weeks of the year and ittravelling across the whole world. I adore Southeast Asia and South America, although I always love exploring new areas I have never been around before. I am always happy going back there and have a particular soft spot for those two areas.

Before becoming a traveler and blogger you started out researching biochemistry and later worked as a journalist and a travel journalist. What was that journey like? Is there anything that you wish you had known beforehand?

Superior question! It’s been a good deal of hard work through the years to even get to this point, and I am little in contrast to on the market. However, I tried to obtain the positivity in everywhere I go and to inform how things are .

Among your most unique blog posts is one where you share different approaches you’ve”f***ed up” while traveling, including a disease you picked up in Bangladesh, getting your camera stolen from Colombia, and much more. Is it essential for you to share these moments with your subscribers?

It’s simple to mention over a decade but I guess it would’ve been much more useful to study film or photography at uni rather than biochemistry!

What do you want viewers to gain and learn from your job?

Saying that gave a really analytical mind which helped with all the travel and journalism journalism to me, and I have carried that through to blogging. I always make sure I write in a manner.

Which are?

I believe in today’s Instagram-driven society everyone thinks life is perfect. And when it’s not, it ought to be.

Give us a’Top 5′ record for a few of your best 3 destinations. Just like a mini-guide or even a to-do listing of types. It can be anything from your favorite resort, best place to have lunch, best sightseeing, etc..

Life is not like this at all though. It’s a journey with experiences on the way and plenty of downs and ups. I believe it important to share those downs to empathise with them. I have always found I have learned a whole good deal more about myself if something goes wrong than simply taking it easy to get a beach somewhere! Life’s not perfect, I am certainly not ideal, and I think it’s important to document this and remind people that that’s fine too.

How many countries have you seen up to now?

I really only want to inspire people see and to travel the entire world. There are so many awesome cultures and adventures on the market — I’m happy, if I can get people do find that out for themselves!

Which are your top 3 favorite cuisines?

This is obviously such a tricky question but I am not one to sit around the fence. I would say Greenland, India and Colombia.

What is your favorite restaurant in the world? What dish do you recommend there?

What is your traveling film?

I think I’m at the 77 mark? Around that number.

What is your preferred airport?

Italian, thai, Indian.

I am content with any of those.

Which city had the friendliest people?

Disfrutar in Barcelona.

It had been recently voted as the best restaurant on the planet. I had a banquet when I had been there and it was by far the best meal I have ever had. It’s just so so good. Worth visiting with Barcelona only.

Who is your traveling companion?

Into the Wild.

What a film that’s (makes me cry each time too…)

What is the ideal method to kill time?

Changi International Airport in Singapore is excellent (a clear choice), however, the small airport in Cornwall, UK, is fantastic too. You can get off the plane to your own hire car in less than 10 minutes — maybe perhaps not many areas where you can do this!

What is the most exotic location your career has taken you?

I would say the people in Copenhagen. I always have an wonderful time there and I really like partying with the locals.

I would likely state studying and listening to songs. I wish that comes with the task although I wasn’t on my phone so much.

Maybe Raja Ampat in Indonesia?

It’s among the pristine and most beautiful areas in the world, quite secluded and difficult to get to. That was a real”pinch me” instant.

What is your traveling quotation?

Ensure you do it. I see people needing to become bloggers these days to make money. You ought to want to be a blogger of telling stories for the love, not for the money.

Where are you headed?

Always a good question! My camera, phone (mostly for the music), Kindle and laptop? Since when I want to switch off from it I visit when I am travelling in my my Kindle is my most prized possession.

Bio

I would say somewhere like Ecuador which has a bit of everything — the big cosmopolitan cities beautiful beaches where it is possible to go surfing, with incredible restaurants, and a few adventures like trekking Cotopaxi volcano. Oh, then there is the Galapagos Islands! Though that is for sure I would like to do another long trip!
